We are glad to announce that Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandal’s Yavatmal Kendra (Centre) is organising a Bhavya Yog Sammelan (Grand Yoga Gathering) on the 20th, 21st & 22nd of November 2015. The venue for the yog sammelan will be Postal Ground, Yavatmal.
Brief Description Bhavya Yog Sammelan
The gathering will involve a holistic routine of complete Ashtanga Yoga, which will include Asana, Dhyan & Pranayam etc. workshops. There will be special sessions on Ayurveda, Yogic Ahaar (diet), Arogya (health), etc. The yog sammelan shall be graced by renowned spiritual luminaries from the field of Yoga who will share their knowledge and experience. It will include traditional cultural programmes, Yoga Demonstrations & Yog-Dindi.
