After a historic turnout of over 21000 Yoga practitioners at the first ever International Yoga Day at Yashwant Stadium in Nagpur, today all volunteers at Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandal were humbled by another overwhelming turnout of close to 500 Yog Sadhaks for the monthly FREE Yoga Class – Nirogatva Varga.
Credit certainly goes to the entire team of Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandal, Nagpur who worked day and night to promote the mega event of International Yoga Day about a fortnight ago. Much effort was put in to spread the awareness about the Nishulka (FREE) Yoga Learning that people of Nagpur as well as Central India can benefit from the over 100 centres of JS Yog. Thanks also to all Newspaper, Radio, Social & other Media people who’ve given such patronage to JS Yog, over the years and especially over the last few weeks.
It’s always a challenge to accommodate more and more people in one single class, however, in the words of our Guruji, we must keep facing this challenge every month and the scale should keep growing inspiring us to grow the establishment of JS Yog and so it happens. Newer Shikshaks (teachers) & karyakartas (volunteers) keep joining the ever growing team of Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandal and opening newer classes across the city/state. Not that the effort is to create or break a yoga record, but it certainly helps boost the confidence of each and every volunteer contributing to activities of JS Yog.
We’re all happy to see such massive response to JS Yog’s appeals and efforts and wish to see many more people keep coming and internalising Yog in their lives for their own benefit as well as for collective Social Progress!
