निरोगत्व योग वर्ग
एक अनूठी पहल के तहत हमने सभी के लाभ के लिए अपने निरोगत्व योगासन वर्ग एक महीने के लिए आयोजित किया जाएगा, प्रत्येक दिन के लिए एक पूर्ण कक्षा होगी और पहले दिन से जारी रहेगी।
उन लोगों के लिए एक अच्छा मौका जो हमेशा आना चाहते थे, लेकिन नहीं आ सके। किसी पूर्व ज्ञान या अनुभव की आवश्यकता नहीं है। हालाँकि, सुनिश्चित करें कि आप प्रत्येक निर्देश का सावधानीपूर्वक पालन करते हैं।
इस वर्ग का नाम निरोगत्व है, क्योंकि यह स्वस्थ लोगों के लिए है, जो किसी भी गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्या, दर्द या बीमारियों से पीड़ित नहीं हैं। यदि आप पीड़ित हैं, तो आपको इस कक्षा में भाग लेने/अनुसरण करने से पहले ध्यान रखना चाहिए और पहले स्वास्थ्य समस्या का इलाज करना चाहिए।

Nirogatv Yog Varg
In a novel initiative, our Nirogatva Yogasan Varg for the benefit of everyone, will be conducted for a month, each one being a complete class for the day and in continuation from the earlier day.
An excellent opportunity for those who always wanted to attend, but could not. No prior knowledge or experience is required. However, ensure that you follow each and every instruction carefully.
This varg is titled Nirogatva, because it is meant for healthy people, not suffering from any critical health problems, disease or ailments. If you are suffering, you should take care and first treat the health problem before attending / following this class.
