एक अनूठी पहल के तहत हमने सभी के लाभ के लिए अपने निरोगत्व योगासन वर्ग को ऑनलाइन किया है। यह वर्ग एक महीने के लिए आयोजित किया जाएगा, प्रत्येक दिन के लिए एक पूर्ण कक्षा होगी और पहले दिन से जारी रहेगी।

उन लोगों के लिए एक अच्छा मौका जो हमेशा आना चाहते थे, लेकिन नहीं आ सके। किसी पूर्व ज्ञान या अनुभव की आवश्यकता नहीं है। हालाँकि, सुनिश्चित करें कि आप प्रत्येक निर्देश का सावधानीपूर्वक पालन करते हैं।

In a novel initiative, we have taken our Nirogatva Yogasan Varg online for the benefit of everyone. This varg will be conducted for a month, each one being a complete class for the day and in continuation from the earlier day.

An excellent opportunity for those who always wanted to attend, but could not. No prior knowledge or experience is required. However, ensure that you follow each and every instruction carefully.

This varg is titled Nirogatva, because it is meant for healthy people, not suffering from any critical health problems, disease or ailments. If you are suffering, you should take care and first treat the health problem before attending / following this class.
