Late Bhanutai Gadkari Memorial Inter-School Yogasan Competition: Yogasan Training at Pandit Bachharaj Vyas Vidyalaya, Rajabaksha Road Beside Vivekanand School Medical Square, Rambagh, Nagpur, on Friday 29 November 2019.
The objective of this event is to spread the power of Yog to all students early in their lives. If students pickup yog while they’re in school, apart from physical health, it will help them in developing dhairya (courage), sayyam (control), ekagrata (concentration) over and above several other benefits of internalising the practice of yog. The unique benefits of practising yog is that in addition to physical development, it develops the health of the mind as well as the soul.
